Sales Team meet for an evening with a French twist
This quarter, the Sales Team met for their usual evening social – with a french theme.
It was Wayne’s turn to be chef, who served up an Entre of French Fries (of the crisp variety) and french bread dipped in warmed Camembert. The Plate Principal consisted of Coq au Vin or Smoked Haddock with olives, followed by a delicious Raspberry Roulade, all accompanied by French and non-french beverages (the subject of much discussion).
Neil once again hosted an excellent quiz, where a certain amount of knowledge was required, but a certain amount was definately learnt, before we all said Bonne Nuit!
