Thinking Space Now Finalists in South Coast Business Awards
The Southern Daily Echo has announced today that Romsey based Control Room Furniture manufacturer Thinking Space Systems has made the final shortlist in the prestigious 2012 South Coast Business Awards.
Thinking Space had previously been highly commended by sponsor Taylor Made Computer Solutions after entering the Award for the Best Use of Technology, part of the South Coast Business Awards (see earlier news item). However, due to another company withdrawing from the competition, Thinking Space has taken their place and is now one of four companies shortlisted. They will also be entered into the Business of the Year Award.
The technical furniture specialists feature in tonight’s Southern Daily Echo as well as an online profile with the other three finalists in their category.
Thinking Space was offered the place as they were able to demonstrate their commitment to finding technological solutions, which has seen the integration of the design to manufacturing process of their control room furniture. This has led to a significant increase in the company’s growth, with their relocation to larger premises last December.
“We are delighted to have been shortlisted as finalists in such a prestigious competition, to receive such recognition for our efforts by continuing to develop technological solutions, acknowledges the dedication by our staff in improving our customer’s experience” explained Wayne Palmer, Managing Director of Thinking Space Systems.
The black-tie Awards Evening, held in conjunction with The Southern Daily Echo and sponsored by Trethowans, will take place at the De Vere Grand Harbour Hotel in Southampton on 6th July, when the winners will be announced.
