Thinking Space to Exhibit at IFSEC 2013

 In News

Global control room furniture manufacturer Thinking Space Systems will be exhibiting once again at this year’s IFSEC International Exhibition.  Held at the NEC in Birmingham, the event runs from 13 to 16 May, and is the largest of its kind for the security industry, with over 650 leading manufacturers attending.  There is also the opportunity for free education and networking events throughout the course of the week, on topics such as counter terror, lone worker protection, integrated security and much more.

This year, IFSEC are celebrating their 40th anniversary, something they have in common with Thinking Space, who are celebrating their 10th anniversary. Thinking Space started out in May 2003 from Managing Director Wayne Palmer’s dining room at home, building frames and desks from standard aluminium profiles and panels.  Ten years later, Thinking Space has grown to be a leading global supplier of control room furniture.  The company now employs 26 staff at their factory in Romsey, and use their own in-house developed aluminium profile system as the method of furniture build.
Thinking Space will be demonstrating their new aluminium profile structure launched this year, the Core Assembly System, at their stand G30, in hall 4.  Featuring a brand new bespoke console, visitors will have the opportunity to see the new furniture, which offers greater aesthetics and stability, as well as more choices for the client in terms of furniture shapes and layouts.
Also on the stand, Thinking Space plan to re-create a control room environment with Evolution Media walls to mount larger flat screens, Novus MoreSpace monitor arms for mounting smaller screens at desk level and desk task lighting.  A selection of 24/7 control room chairs will be available to view and try out.
Our experienced international sales team will be on hand throughout the event to answer any questions you may have regarding control room ergonomics.  So if you have a project you’d like to discuss and would like to book a meeting with them, please get in touch.
