Thinking Space Welcome New Design Recruit
Thinking Space are delighted to welcome new design recruit Teddy Hammer this month. Teddy has joined us as a draughtsperson and is a welcome addition to the design team.
As with all our new recruits, Teddy has spent his first few weeks working in the factory, understanding the build principles of the Core Assembly System, which forms the framework for all our consoles. To gain familiarity over the whole process, Teddy’s first job was to design in AutoCad Inventor then build a new server rack. With hobbies which include upcycling metalware, Teddy is used to being hands-on, and found the challenge a sinch.
Teddy’s previous experience was designing various types of bikes and bike parts from mountain bikes to bmx bikes using SolidWorks, so is no stranger to the product design world. The switch to AutoCad Inventor has been a breeze for Teddy, who has been working on design proposals in the last few weeks, and enjoying creating some stylish consoles.
He’s looking forward to seeing his first designs being manufactured very soon.
