New Finishes for Your Console Now Available
After months of preparation, testing and commissioning, Thinking Space are excited to announce that new finishes for your console are now available.
After being awarded funding by the Solent Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), a new large format digital printer, lacquering machine and clean room to house the equipment has been installed at the factory.
With the creation of new jobs to support the production line, existing staff have upskilled, and new services are now offered by Thinking Space. The digital printer will now print patterns and textures onto the panels that clad the framework of every technical furniture build. The lacquering machine applies a coating, which ensures the lifespan of the finish, and conforms to the 10 year furniture warranty.
Standard textures and patterns are being offered as part of the furniture solution, with an optional service to create a customised design using client-supplied artwork. New finishes will be added to the standard range on a regular basis, to keep up to date with current trends in office design, so it will always be worth checking back on a regular basis.
Thinking Space can also provide bespoke printing services to compliment your control room and create that corporate look. From acrylic signage, to large scale pictures and display boards for your control room, get in touch for a quotation.
Visitors to the leading international security exhibition, IFSEC 2019, were treated to a demonstration of the new finishes that are being offered, and the feedback was exceptionally positive. Explained Commercial Director Paul Roberts “we were able to demonstrate the extent of services now offered, as not only our control room consoles were displaying new printed panel finishes, but the show stand itself. We had some great feedback from visitors who could see the possibilities open to them in creating a customised look to their console. Corporate colours, artwork and logos can be added which all help to bond the teams within the control room and gives them a sense of identity and purpose. That in turn promotes wellbeing and efficiencies, so a win-win all round!”
