COVID-19 Company Update November 2020

In our COVID-19 company update, we’d like to reassure our customers, existing and potential that we will be remaining open for business as usual, operating under government guidelines applicable to manufacturing companies during the UK’s national lockdown this month.

This means that there should be no changes to the level of our service to you. We are here to help!

The latest company update includes staffing at Thinking Space premises. All design staff are now working from home full time, continuing to provide design proposals and manufacturing drawings for production work.

Sales staff are continuing to work from home, with support staff in the office to take your phone calls.

The production team are continuing to work under the social distancing guidelines within our factory and in completing site installations, with risk assessments in place.

UK travel to customers is being restricted to essential meetings only and we continue to welcome pre-arranged visits to our factory for FAT inspections etc. with social distancing procedures in place. Your host will fully brief you on these details prior to your visit.
