Employee of the Month August 2020

The month of August saw recognition for two members of the team in our Employee of the Month August 2020 award.

Izzy Sipowicz and Adam Wood have just completed their CMI Level 3 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring at City College in Southampton. They both completed this within their own free time after a busy working day too.

Well done Izzy and Adam, worthy EOTM winners in trying to improve their skills.

So in our quick-fire round of questions, they both shared a little more about themselves...

What is your favourite part of working for TSS?
Adam: Working on such a wide variety of designs
Izzy: Having such a good team working behind me.

Do you have any hobbies? what are they?
Adam: 3D printing and football

Marmite- love it or hate it?
Izzy: Definately HATE!

If you could live anywhere where would you live?
Adam: Probably Canada or somewhere near the Rockies
Izzy: Back to Poland for me!

What is your dream holiday destination?
Adam: Japan, I would like to experience the different food and culture
Izzy: The Seychelles

We can only dream, can't we!
